[Improvement] wine download not needed anymore

Since Godot 4.5 includes godotengine/godot#75950 the github workflow doesnt need to download wine anymore, because there is no need for rcedit.exe anymore.

additionally, it might be worth to investigate using https://github.com/abarichello/godot-ci instead of https://github.com/firebelley/godot-export cause godot-ci seems to be a little bit more trusted, or at least to update godot-export
