Configuration for map annotations

Is it possible to configure map annotations (the white arrows and descriptions, e.g., To Oak Hill, Old Wight, etc.) — i.e., to change the font/color or hide them completely?

I couldn’t find any such option in the latest release.

Hiding the descriptions might help prevent spoilers — or perhaps they could be revealed gradually, similar to what issue #306 suggests.
