Doors with different colors for delay, pickable, etc during PK

Right now we don't have an easy visual marker for door characteristics that are critical during PK.

We should have a priority order of most important door characteristics and then apply an appropriate color scheme.

I think a lot of PKers would be against this idea! They would argue that it's already so easy to escape to safety, and this would further erode the importance of area knowledge.

Maybe they could instead visually show whether locked/blocked/broken/closed or open
