Add a local build option. Give optional independency from GitLab. #2
Description
A flag for the entrypoint and corresponding functionality should be created to enable the bulk building locally.
- Values, to be set as env variable in GitLab CI could be set by parameters or config file.
- GitLab API checks to identify changed files could be turned of with it or with an extra flag.
- Images could be stored with sregistry, remote or locally, or in the local path structure.
