Generate minimal content for local dev that can be included in repo #33
Description
Generate a minimal SQL and uploads folder than can be included in the repo so that local dev can function without running the content import script or mounting the EFS uploads volume. This will make it easier for devs to work on small features and changes without having to run the currently lengthy import process and without taxing their local machines with large databases and uploads folders.
This minimal content should include:
- The hcommons.org base site
- An administrative user
- A small set of other users with profiles and group activity
- One user site
- One other network site (eg. mla.hcommons.org)
Users can be based on real users but should have all identifying information stripped and replaced with randomized placeholder data. This includes names, email addresses, profile data, images
