Add profiling to CI

Gathering more metrics would help show where improvements could be made.

I looked into reporting tools like snakevis; but that provides a webserver for profiling. I'm looking for something similar to pycoverage's html reports. A static but explorable report.

I could also just save the `.prof` file and then manually diff them as well.
