sequencing core account is unable to log in

Current there is issue related to permission for user with sequence_core group access.

Update middleware so it allows that account to login and logout

also update the logic so that when the sequence core user account logs in it redirects to the approvals page

update the sidebar navigation so it hides everything except approvals
