404 Error on Artifact Links in README

I noticed that the following links in the README file are returning 404 errors:

Research Index: Deep Research Index

Decision Logs / Chats: Chats

It seems like these resources may either be moved, deleted, or the URLs might be incorrect.

Could you please check and update these links?

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the README file in the repository.

Click on the "Deep Research Index" and "Chats" links.

Observe the 404 error for both links.

Expected Behavior:
The links should lead to valid pages or resources.
