BR: Global template not applied

Hi, thank you for this useful plugin.

I ran into a problem: when I set a global template, the default preset template gets applies to issues instead of the one that I set.

My template only gets applied if I set it for each repository individually.

I'm aware of that. It´s already fixed in #36 an will be included in the next release.
