Result box informs me of edited person when no field is changed

Description:

When I edit the name of a person, let's say "John", to become "John", the result box informs me that I edited the person which is unexpected as I would expect to be informed that there is no change.

This bug is the same as the bug found when editing the task. It is a very minor bug but it is just good to take note!
