Result box informs me of edited task when no field is changed

Description:

When I edit a current task with the name "A", to become another task with the name "A", I would expect the result box to inform me that I did not change any field. However, it informs me that the task has been edited which is rather unexpected.

Nonetheless, this is a very minor problem and is something your team can take note of next time.

How to replicate:

1. Given a task of index 1 with the name "mark midterms", run the command "edit 1 n/mark midterms".
2. The result box will show that the task is edited when nothing has changed about it.
