Datetime task formatting for invalid dates

Description:

The date formatting is unintuitive. For instance, adding a task with a deadline of 2022-02-30 (30 February 2022) changes it to 2 March 2022.

It is nice that the UG points out that: “2022-02-31” will be read as 3 March..

However, it might be better if more explanation is given to this phenomenon like which dates don't work and what will giving a wrong date change the date of CodeConnect to e.g., why 30 February will be changed to 2 March and not 3 March as stated in the UG.

How to replicate this problem:

Run the command "add finish SEP application by/2022-02-30 23:59"

Reason for disagreement: I believe this is a Functionality Bug.

In my bug description, I did say that the team could have specified the bug in their UG. However, I believe this bug should be solved by editing the code and putting it in the UG is just a temporary measure to show that the team is aware of the problem like how they were aware of 31 February not working. I think the team could have set their date time formatter in such a way that it only accepts valid date inputs. Thus, in future iterations, I think that this bug should be solved by changing the code itself and the root cause of this is not a flaw in their documentation but their code.

I apologise if my initial bug description might be misleading and might have failed to explain why I thought this was a functionality bug due to the rush for time.
