wflush is not implemented for all supported formats #9
Description
As noted in the commit message for 45f9605, the new wflush API is only implemented for a handful of the supported file/compression formats. Ideally, we would support flushing for all formats so I've created this issue to remind me that there is still work to do here...
Formats that need to be updated with wflush support:
- bzip2
- lzma
- lzo
- zstd
