Improve Transfer Sign User Dialog

Transaction type of Transfer is the only time we flip the sign on the entered amount. The user may get used to entering - in front of account debits and not remember or not notice that it's not needed when entering a transfer. I suggest we either inform the user of this in some intuitive way or lock it down so that only one sign (+/-) is allowed.
