Error when killing an Bot with an Explosive Weapon

I get Lua errors when killing an Bot

It happens when the Bot tries to respawn after being killed by an explosive weapon like Half life 2s stock Rocket Launcher

I am playing on a local server ,with 8 playerslots.
On the newest normal Gmod version not 68x.
I have also gotten the error without any addons
and have tried it without any addons and still got the error

It spams this Error:

Been encountering this issue on the Quake 3 addon aswell, if a bot is damaged even a little bit by an explosion, it floods my console with errors and causes them to walk infinitely in whatever direction they were originally facing

Same issue here. Has anyone found a fix?
