Rename internal application packages name

Internal application packages name (slam and webinterface ) can confuse as in fact, slam itself is both of them and webinterface has no real sense.

I propose:

• webinterface -> slam-core : Currently, web interface is the root package for django
• slam -> slam-manager : As slam currently manage host/poll/...
