Water Bucket Issue #73

Describe the bug
It stacks the water buckets whenever I put water inside the buckets but every time I use the stacked water buckets it uses the ENTIRE stack instead of just one.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Stack up water buckets
- Use it on something and youll see the result
- Youll see the error after
Expected behavior
It was suppose to just use one water bucket instead of the entire stack
