GLFW could not be (easily) statically linked on Linux

Meaning we'd have to add it to user setup step, or include with AppImage if I'm going that route.

After some thonking, it's probably because Linux has more windowing systems -- evidenced by glfw-wayland/glfw-x11 on Arch. Which would split "static glfw builds" into two, potentially more, branches - one that supports X11, one that supports Wayland. It's easier to ask the user to install the right one, honestly.

Or again, bundle with AppImage.
I'm certain it's not going to be an issue with OSX for the same reason it's not an issue on Windows - only one window manager for the platform.
