[Feature] Party Frame Castbars?

Hello! Is it possible to add castbars to the party frames?

I like to use the cell party frames as my own unit frame. I would like to add a castbar to each of my teammates to see what they and myself are casting.

Be able to add castbars to partyframes with full customization like that of target castbars
