Describe the feature

Many cast bar mods allow you to see the latency of your casts so you know when you can buffer your next spell with your current ms/ping.

Describe the implementation

Either by default or a toggle option under the Player unit frame cast bar to add in a small section at the end of the castbar that widens as your ms increases.
