Add option to continue on last csv #65
Description
Currently, the system creates a new CSV file on each restart. It would be useful to have the option to continue writing to the most recent CSV file instead.
On startup, check if a CSV file was modified in the last 24 hours. If so, prompt the user with "Restart from last save? [Yes/No]". Selecting yes continues appending to that file, while no creates a new file.
