RSS importer

Doesn't import feeds when I navigate to http://URL-of-my-pligg-site.com/modules/rss_import/import.php — shows just a blank page.

When I try to run it on server, i.e.:

$ php /path/to/pligg/modules/rss_import/import.php
```

I get the following error:

PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined function captcha_create() in /path/to/pligg/modules/captcha/captcha_main.php on line 105
```
