Add API Access to Viewer Watchtime Data

Right now there’s no way to access viewer watchtime data on Kick. This makes it hard (or impossible) to build features like watchtime commands, loyalty systems, viewer rankings, or leaderboards that reward active viewers.

Describe the solution you'd like
An official way (API or authorized endpoint) to get watchtime data for a channel. This would allow creators and tools to add watchtime commands, leaderboards, and other engagement features based on actual viewing time.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Tracking chat messages or guessing watchtime based on user presence, but this is inaccurate and unreliable.

Additional context
This would help creators build better community features and give viewers incentives to stay engaged in streams.

Instead of providing direct watchtime numbers, it could be more practical to expose a watcher list = a list of users currently watching the stream (or present during a given time window).

With this data, creators and tools could calculate watchtime themselves and build watchtime-based commands, loyalty systems, and viewer rankings instead getting "just" watchtime values.

This could be exposed under a channel broadcaster–level scope, so only the broadcaster (or authorized tools) can access it.
