Goal transaction may involve transfer fees.

Problem Statement

There are cases when we save money and its save thru e wallet and when we transfer to these goal accounts or so, there are transfer fee.

Proposed Solution

Add transfer fee field when making a transaction directly to goals

Use Cases

1. I wanted to fund my savings goals but there is transfer fee because im using e wallets, and if i added amount with the transfer fee there will be some balance discrepancy.
