[BUG] Project information redirect link doesn t work

Bug Description

After creating project and added project information, I added links but then the links cannot be access or it won't redirect to a site

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create project
2. Edit Project information
3. Added new information, value specifically link
4. Click the redirect link
5. It doesnt work

Expected Behavior

When I click redirect, it should direct me to the page or the link on the web provided

Actual Behavior

Nothing happen after clicking
