Issues with wii mote auto connect function #217
Description
When setting a wii remote to automatically connect using winupro (latest realese version). Winupro connects the remote without checking if it is on or not, if the remote is off, it makes it so that the remote is unable to connect unless you manually disconnect and reconnect it in the gui.
Expected behavior would be that it will try to connect the remote only when it detects that it is on.
Running Windows 10 Latest version
