Failed to pair, code 31.

Hi folks, I recently downloaded WiinUPro and wanted to use it to play some games with my friends using my trusty old Wiimote, and followed the instructions from the YouTube video series. However, I can't seem to get past the first hurdle: connecting the Wiimote. I get this error on connecting. I have the HID Wiimote drivers by jloehr installed, and that works, but when connecting through the WiinUPro interface using the sync option I get this error. I'm not sure what it is, but preliminary research tells me that for installing a device it usually means that Windows couldn't install the drivers for this software. Can I get help with this?

Hello! Thanks for all the information, I think based on what you've provided that it's a conflict with the HID Wiimote driver (which is cool stuff) and the pairing procedure where one of the steps sets up the device with an HID profile. I'd create a build quick with the option to skip that step but I'm not currently setup to build the project at the moment.

I can't recall off the top of my head if my other project Easy Pair does this step or allows it to be skipped, I doubt it does though.

I for sure want to get some time to check if the two can be compatible and how to detect the driver and skip the step or some means imof detecting if it's even necessary for the successor, but that'll likely come mid to late next year from the timeline I'm seeing.
