BUG: Verify scaling on wave power plots #36
Description
Expected behavior: Same order of magnitude for calculated wave power in wave power plots, when waves are present.
Observed behavior: Order of magnitude difference between Arctic/Antarctic stations seems common.
Hypotheses:
- Sampling rate difference? (since this now pulls from magdf() since wavepwr uses magdf #7 , these should match in sampling rate, but perhaps they don't - should check.)
- Different DFT parameters? (number of points in window, smoothing, start and stop times of window)
- Hardware sensitivity?
- Physical result?
Next steps:
- Review dataframe from which the wave power is calculated.
- Check DFT parameters
