uSync v15 reports duplicate files

Describe the bug
Left-over from previous issues, this is still a thing.

Version (please complete the following information):

• Umbraco Version: 15.3
• uSync.Complete Version: 15.1.6

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Publisher > Server
2. Sync tab
3. Select Files, nothing else.
4. Push -> button
5. See double files.

Expected behavior
No repeated files.

I first thought this might be related to "Include files" under Advanced (even though you're already pushing files) but unchecking that still reports the same files twice.

On another note, this is always empty for files:

Still reproduces in v16.
