EPIC: Frontend Inputs and Outputs

Provide a way to input the following information:

• yield files
• coordinate files
• biochar details (cost and amount)
• crop (type and sell cost)

Additionally, display and provide a way to have the user upload a biochar prescription map retrieved from the backend.

Acceptance Criteria

• allow inputting the discussed inputs
• display and allow uploading prescription maps (look into how we're going to display this)
