EPIC: Backend Inputs and Outputs

Before we exactly know how to process the land data, we need the land data (which is defined). This includes providing API endpoints to input the following:

• yield data (file)
• biochar (amount and cost)
• coordinates (file)
• crop (type and return rate)

The inputted data needs to be stored in association to the user who entered it.

Acceptance Criteria

• Define API spec file (do this first) for the frontend to consume
• API allows inputting above data
• The data is securely stored in association to the user entering it
