Schism Does Not Work After 200mhz Upgrade

Tried to get 3.0 running on my schism but it didn't work at all. Going through each of the commits and build artifacts lead me to the problem seemingly being the clock speed boost. Rebuilt 3.0 changing only the clock speed and it worked completely fine.

(Should be) resolved by #100. Root cause still unknown but reduced clock rate to fix it for now.
