Streaming on RPiZero W is very slow...could we play on OMXPlayer or make it better?

Trying to play this on RPi Zero W. However, the device becomes very slow and cannot play. Is there anyway we could make this faster on Pi Zero using FFmpeg?

Otherwise, thinking to use OMXPlayer. Could you please advise how to go about...unable to find the syntax to play using OMXPlayer.
