Cannot start streaming in windows

Hello,
After doing everything right, and setting up fplay,the receiver does not start.

I am stuck at this message :
Recv control data: b'POST /api/v1/h264 HTTP/1.1\r\nConnection: close\r\nX-WIDTH: 1280\r\nX-HEIGHT: 720\r\n\r\n'

Please help.
