Domain for moving funds between pots should be accessible via events

We introduced the new moveFundsBetweenPots function to remove the ambiguity of 'where' such an action was taking place, but this ambiguity remains on the frontend as this parameter is not visible via events. We should make it visible for the block ingestor.
