Missing validation for trying to stake with more tokens than reputation

Steps to reproduce

1. Try staking a motion with more tokens than reputation.
2. Note that the transactions will fail, but with no validation.

Expected behaviour

• There should be validation when staking if your reputation is below your staking amount "You can only stake a maximum of XX tokens with your current reputation."

Actual behaviour

• There is no validation, the transaction just fails with no explanation.
