Disabling crypto-fiat automatic deposits does not have an impact of re-done payments

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable automatic deposits in the crypto to fiat feature.
2. Create a payment.
3. Disable the automatic deposits.
4. Re-do the same payment.
5. Not that the destination will be the past used liquidation address and not the users address.

Expected behaviour

• If a user has disabled the automatic deposits, then the crypto to fiat transaction should not happen.
• This can result in loss of funds for a user.

Actual behaviour

• If you redo an existing payment that included the liquidation address, but, automatic deposits was disabled. Then it should not use the same liquidation address again for the payment.
