Incoming fund claims not updating in UI

Steps to reproduce

1. Send funds to a colony.
2. Claim the incoming funds.
3. Note if the claimed incoming funds show has claimed or not after reloading.

Expected behaviour

• Claimed incoming funds should show as claimed on the incoming funds page.

Actual behaviour

• Claimed incoming funds are not updating in the UI.
