[Prod] Pending button gets stuck after submitting the form

Environment:

Production – app.colony.io/orionventures

Description:

After submitting a form to award reputation points or add permission the Pending button remains stuck in a loading state, even though the transaction completes successfully.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Manage reputation and award reputation points to a member. ( or add permissions)
2. Submit the form.
3. Observe the status of the Pending button in the transactions list.

Expected behaviour

• The Pending button should disappear or update to reflect the successful submission.
• The transaction status should change from Pending to Succeeded once the operation completes.

Actual behaviour

• The Pending button at the top stays stuck with a loading spinner.
  The transaction under Transactions also shows Pending with a spinner, even though the action completes.
