Making input easier

I found out that using this template can be made much easier if it's possible to

1. skip asking about the `_` vs `-` if the procedural macro name itself contains one of the separators.
2. provide explanations and examples of inputs to the template. It is especially useful for procedural macro identifiers because the schema there is quite difficult.
