Upgrade Firebase Crashlytics

The Fabric Crashlytics SDK is deprecated and will stop sending crash reports for all apps on November 15 2020. To transition to the new Firebase Crashlytics SDK, we'll have to wait until it's supported by the Flutter plugin we're using.
