Consider exposing player title colors #104
Description
#100 introduced an ability to get player's titles. It should at least be considered whether it would make sense to expose player title colours in the library as well. These are not exposed by the API but perhaps the rules wouldn't be too complicated to implement by basing them on the title ID's prefix.
