garbled output when using scan_to_panorama with RGB color #7

Steps to reproduce: input is a uos_rgb file. Run:

bin/scan_to_panorama -f uos_rgb -F PNG -p EQUALAREACYLYNDRICAL -M EXTENDED -W 4164 -H 1000 -C DIRECTORY

This bug is independent of the projection method, the map method and the output format. The effect that is created is, that the colors are garbled up and create a structure that looks like a voxel grid in the panorama. Indeed reducing the voxel size in src/slam6d/fbr/scan_cv.cc passed to setOcttreeParameter reduces the visibility of the problem.
