Request for supporting request seek from creative to the player message #443

Hello,
We are developing an interactive video ad format that user can seek to certain parts of the ad video and for this we need to seek to a certain position of the video file.
Would be nice and useful to add to the API section https://interactiveadvertisingbureau.github.io/SIMID/simid-1.1.0.html#creative-messages a new message ex: SIMID:Creative:seekTo that takes the time in seconds as an argument.
Similar to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/HTMLMediaElement/currentTime
Do you have already on your roadmap, or would you consider adding this to the SIMID API?
Please let me know what is the most optimal way to contribute to such a feature.
