Big issues with latest version

Hello

Following #63, I tested changes on a test cluster and I encountered a lot of issues with your latest version.

• CRDs deployed with the Helm charts are desync.
• When the default config is enabled a caCertSecretRef is created with a caCertificates.
• AllowedNamespaces is not handled as slices.
• Etc...

If you agree with all the PRs, you can merge fixes first and I can rebase the access policy bucket feature later.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I tried adding some unit tests, but it's not enough ^^" I'll review your merge requests as soon as possible. I'm also working on improving the CI so we can implement evolutions and release candidates to avoid releasing unstable versions!

I made some tests on my side, i don't find any remaining bugs. Can you test the last version and tell me if you find some remaining bugs ?
