{ApiVersion} is not evaluating when left empty in the DocsConfig.xml #122
Description
With the latest version of the DocConfig.xml for 17.2 and then select wpf or win-forms for product. If you open the xamdoughnutchart-adding.adoc and go to the Prerequisites section you will see the issue.
