Front End: Cannot scroll/close Referrer slide pop-out if too many referrers listed

Describe the bug
Umbraco version 13.10.0
URL Tracker: v13.2.0.0

To Reproduce

1. Go to Content->URL Tracker->Dashboard
2. Click on a 'recommendation' that has a lot of referrers
3. Once on this page you cannot scroll down to see all the referrers or to click the 'close' button

4. The only way to leave the page is to click the back button

Expected behavior
As a user I would expect to be able to scroll down this list to see all the referrers and press the close button
