processing/guino not working

Hi there, 
I've got the circuit set up and I think it is working as I can run this(https://github.com/madlabdk/touche), and get a peak value. However, when I try the processing or the GUINO interface, nothing at all happens and no graph or serial monitoring occurs. Is there something else to do to make this sketch work? Love to have a working touche sensor.
