Can't compile this due to problem with nuget download

Brock, the following appears to be unreachable...

I've sent myget.org a support message indicating the problem I'm having but haven't heard back yet... seems that none of your myget repositories are resolving.

Could you put the latest version of IdentityManager's 1.0.0-build-10072.dll up on Nuget.org/api/v2/ or v3?

That would at least allow me to download it and compile. Only IdentityManager 1.0.0-beta5-5 is on NuGet.org at the moment.

UPDATE: Scratch that... I got a response from Maarten at myget.org and he had me do a Fiddler check revealing that I must be behind a proxy where I'm at... I was able to confirm that I could access the repo when I went elsewhere (ie.. checked it from my Azure VM) and was able to get the nuget package.

Sorry for the false alarm. It would still be nice to have the latest version up on NuGet.org though :)

It's probably that version from myget has been deleted -- they only keep the past 10 builds. Just update to the latest on nuget and see if that fixes it. If so, then feel free to send a PR. Thx.
