Problem on Running the Travis County Co-Simulation #2

Now I'm working on the Travis County Transmission and Distribution Co-simulation, but the link to download the zip file is invalid. Is there any other way to get 't_and_d_20190514.zip' file? Also, how can I know the mapping relationship between the buses in Transmission System and buses in Distribution System?
